Great dinner atmosphere, but noise from the next room was annoying.

Recommend it, our stay here was excellant. Its wonderful and lovely place to stay 4 km away from Maun Gardens. The bar is good.

The staff is very helpful and attentive. The hotel offers stylish and excellent quality rooms with decent bathroom, a good balcony, as for instance, I am very pleased about that: )

Didn’t dislike anything about the property.

The fruit buffet was a tropical paradise! I loved diving into the colorful array of fresh fruits. The live dinner show added a spark to the atmosphere. Plus, the staff were warm and helpful throughout my stay.

The noise was a bit much late at night, but the lively vibe was kind of fun and added character to the stay.

The buffet was delicious and had a wonderful variety.

I encountered some issues with the hot water. It wasn't consistent during peak times. WiFi could be intermittent in the rooms, working better in the lobby area.

I enjoyed a lovely dinner complete with live music under the stars.

The noise levels in the main building prevented any sleep between 1 and 5 AM due to a party at the restaurant.

We enjoyed a lovely stay with friendly staff, beautiful dining settings, and an excellent buffet breakfast that kept everyone happy, especially our small child. The service at the restaurant was excellent, elevating our experience tremendously.

For dads, it would be great if the kid's menu was more extensive.

Enjoyed the lovely views along the river and the attentive staff, always ready to help. The food was reasonably priced and well-prepared, with a variety of options. Housekeeping was really good, keeping everything tidy.

It was just a strong match for a weekend respite in Maun with excellent value. The outdoor pool area was a great spot to relax after long drives.

I recently stayed at a beautiful riverside chalet and loved the generous breakfast spread. it was a haven after our long drive. there were some hiccups with the room service that could be improved.

Great dining experience with warm ambiance

The outdoor music added a nice touch to the atmosphere. The staff were really nice too, and our adjoining chalets made for a cozy setup after a long day of travel. Just a heads up, taxi rides to town are a bit necessary since the hotel's not quite walkable. I definitely recommend it for anyone stopping in Maun.

nice stay but a few improvements needed

The staff were genuinely helpful , always ready to assist with anything I needed. The dining experience was a highlight. I particularly loved the tropical fruit buffet! The chalet I stayed in provided an amazing garden view.

The Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent, making it tough to stay connected.

I stayed in the Beautiful Queen Room with River View for 1 night. The room was clean and had a comfy bed, perfect after a safari. I loved the view of the riverbed outside, even if it was dry. It felt peaceful. The bathroom was good too, though I think it could use a bit of modernization. A nice spot to chill for a night.
